    Salt Lake area youth (up to age 19) are encouraged to submit artwork for the 2016 Rose Park Día de los Muertos Festival, taking place November 1 at the Day-Riverside Branch. Accepted entries will be placed on display during the festival. Ten entries will be selected as finalists and one entry will be chosen as the winner of the Youth Art Contest. Submissions must be received by Tuesday, October 25 at 6pm.
