<p>Everyone in Salt Lake City is encouraged to read this summer with The City Library’s chemistry-themed Summer Reading Programs: <a href="#KSR"><b>Fizz! Boom! Groundbreaking Celebration for The City Library’s Marmalade Branch

SALT LAKE CITY, UT, May 27, 2014 – The City Library, Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker, and Councilman Stan Penfold invite the community and news media to attend a Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new Marmalade Branch of the Salt Lake City Public Library.
