A monthly program (three sessions) where everyone learns how to eat more nutritiously while helping and having fun in the kitchen. Food demos, samples, and recipes are available to participants. The program is designed for children and their caregivers ages 4 and up, and is taught by members of the Utah State University Extension Service.
