In this up-close presentation, Josh Taylor, Executive Chef at LDS Hospital, will share his culinary expertise and passion for transforming fresh produce into delicious meals. The summer growing season is a great time to experiment with new foods and explore ways of preparing food to contribute to good health.
After working in some of the best restaurants in the Atlanta area, Taylor decided to focus on a healthier and more natural approach to cooking, enrolling in a dietary management program and working at the Intermountain Park City Medical Center under Holistic Chef Jason Kieffer. He now applies his knowledge as Executive Chef at LDS Hospital, bringing cutting edge ideas and holistic cooking concepts to the patients, visitors, and staff of the hospital, hoping to aid in the healing process through diet and nutrition and helping change the perception of what food in hospitals can be.
