Learn how to build your own world, from the ground up (literally!) with The City Library's teen-only Make Your Own Terrarium party. Using a simple Mason jar, you can assemble a standalone ecosystem to watch grow throughout the summer.

Part of the Beneath the Surface Teen Summer Reading Program. From June 1 to August 3, as you read new books, watch new movies or performances, listen to new music or podcasts, and do new things, track it in your Teen Summer Reading log book. Once you've tracked ten activities, turn it in to the library to get a free book (to keep!) and entry into an end of summer prize package. Pick up your log book starting June 1 at any City Library location.
