Finding funding for non-profit organizations can be a challenge, especially with limited resources to devote to the process of seeking and acquiring grants. Join The City Library, The Foundation Center, and SLCC's Community Writing Center for a day geared toward helping non-profits in the process of finding sources for funding and a crash course in grant writing.
This event features a hands-on orientation to the Foundation Directory Online database, led by Sean Tibbitts of The City Library, a brown-bag lunch webinar by Dayla F. Massachi, author of Make a Difference, and a three-hour grant writing basics seminar taught by SLCC's Community Writing Center's Director, Andrea Malouf.
